Ingredients
30 pcs Eclair Shells (716127)

Cream Ingredients
250g Cream Ideal (Cold precess pastry cream)
625g Water
15g Orange Fruit Paste (DRE 20104 7)

Decoration
900g Fresh Fruits
300g Topglanz Glaze (DRE 31018 3)

Directions:
  1. Prepare the cream.
  2. Halve the éclairs, turn over the top half and spread the cream on both halves.
  3. Place the two éclair halves together. Decorate with fruits and glaze with Topglanz.
