1000g Water
70g Latte Macchiato Flavor Paste (DRE 28104 9)

Decoration
150g Schokoladino (Chocolate Cream)
150g Blancoladino (White Compound Cream)
30 pcs Mocha Beans (96320)

Directions:
  1. Whip all ingredients of the Latte Macchiato cream quickly in mixer.
  2. Fill the éclairs with the Latte Macchiato Cream.
  3. Coat with chocolate and white chocolate cream and marble.
