Jamie Caudy currently serves as executive pastry chef for Caesars Entertainment at the Horseshoe Casino, in Hammond Indiana. Prior to these duties she was a pastry chef for Delaware North Companies within the Minnesota Twins Ballpark Organization. From World Series and Stanley Cup Finals to President Barack Obama, her time with Delaware allowed her talents to be enjoyed by many! All of this would not have been possible without her years sharpening her skills in Minnesota.Starting with formal training from Le Cordon Bleu Collage in Mendota Heights followed by working for some of the finest hotels and restaurants within the metro area, such as Wolfgang Puck Catering at the Walker Art Center, the Chambers Hotel, by Jean George Vongerichten, the Graves 601 Hotel and La Belle Vie Restaurant, by Tim Mckee. Throughout the years she has worked alongside many well-rounded, including Master Chef Roland Henin, James Beard Award Winning Chef Sherry Yard, and the late Master Baker Noble Masi. Her hard work and dedication was also showcased at the 2010 and 2012 World Culinary Cups where she took home gold and bronze medals with her team under the guidance of Chef Kevin Doherty.
